Meet the Team
Monique Weston
Owner
Monique, originally from Canada, made Texas her home in 1988. Since stepping into an administrative and managerial role in 2019, she has been the driving force behind the daily operations of Weston Corporate Services. Her leadership ensures the smooth running of the business while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Monique is deeply committed to enriching the lives of her team, supporting their growth and success, while also cherishing her role as a devoted wife and mother to her family.
Isabella Weston
Vice President
Isabella has worked in a number of roles over the last 7 years in Rio Plaza Parking, Rio Plaza Events, Ritas on the River, Justins Ice Cream, Mercado Ritas, and more. Her experience includes administrative tasks as well as extensive retail and hospitality experience. She brings her passion to create memorable experiences for guests to the team and helps to grow and foster the “Rita’s Family” spirit.
Heather Selinkoff
Director of Operations
Heather Selinkoff, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America’s San Antonio campus (Class of 2016), brings 29 years of experience in the restaurant industry to her role as Director of Operations. A proud native Texan, Heather has spent much of her career immersed in the vibrant culture of the San Antonio River Walk. Today, she oversees the operations of all Weston Corporate Services businesses, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional service across the board.
Holly Smith
Accounting Manager
Holly handles all the accounting functions for Weston Corporate Services.
She grew up in rural Illinois and graduated from Truman State University. She was a campus minister at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a homeschool mom before beginning her career in bookkeeping. She and her husband Justin have four children and have lived in San Antonio since 2016. She loves spreadsheets and is hoping next year is the year for her beloved Cornhuskers football team.
Christina Isenhower
Office Administrator and HR
Christina is our master organizer and supports almost every aspect of the business, keeping everything running smoothly. This includes employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, data management, employee trainings, office logistics and communication. She enjoys camping with her family and Girl Scout troop, reading and cheering on her 3 kids in basketball, football, and volleyball.
Celest Valadez
Event Sales Manager
Celest began as a server with Rita's on the River and, through hard work and exceptional customer service, advanced to Event Coordinator and eventually Event Manager for Weston Corporate Services. She now oversees events at Rio Plaza, The Canopy, and Rita's, bringing dedication and passion to every detail. Originally from Ohio, Celest is also a proud mother of three.
Parker Ambrose
Marketing Director
Parker Ambrose leads the marketing efforts at Weston Corporate Services, driving brand growth and engagement across the company's diverse businesses. A graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Marketing, Parker blends creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful campaigns. A San Antonio native and lifelong Spurs fan, he is passionate about showcasing the unique culture and charm of the city through innovative marketing initiatives.
Victor Godines
Head of Maintenance
Victor Godines has been a cornerstone of 245 E Commerce St. since the building's debut as Planet Hollywood in 1996. With nearly three decades of experience maintaining this iconic location, Victor ensures the seamless operation of all Weston Corporate Services businesses. His dedication and expertise make him an invaluable part of the team, keeping the property running smoothly and efficiently.
